All jewelry orders is shipped with FedEx or DHL and will usually be shipped within 7 - 14 days, depending on the product availability of the stock. A shipping reference number will be sent to you once we ship the item/s.

We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

Orders within the UAE

This service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

International Orders

All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes. They are fully trackable and will require a signature upon delivery. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

We do not accept returns for international orders except for very special cases. 

For local orders, to return you must consider the following:

• You have to return the piece within 7 days.

• Shipping and other import tax fees will not be refunded.

• Any usage/missing/damaged return goods will be not accepted.
