How do I order a piece?
By ordering through our online shop or by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I pay for a piece?
On the page of the item you would like to purchase, please click "Add To Cart" at the bottom, which will link you to a form you will need to fill out. Once we receive your form, we will contact you personally to process the payment.

Can I pay in instalments?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment in instalments.
Can I request personalised pieces?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for personalised pieces at the moment.
I'd like to cancel my order; can I get a refund?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.
I ordered a piece and it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
We are sorry about that! However, that is not in our hands. After you order, we will send you the shipment number. You can use that to follow up with the courier company.
There's a fault in my order. What should I do?
We apologise about that. We will replace/repair the piece and we will cover the cost of all expenses (shipment and repair).
I'd like to collaborate with the designer. Whom should I contact?
